Your pieces will be carefully packaged and sent out using the following delivery services:

UPS / Royal Mail (price is calculated at checkout based on country)
If at checkout delivery isn’t offered to your country or you require an alternative delivery service, please get in touch at hello@miyelle.com and I’ll be able to organise a delivery for you.
No Returns or Exchange Policy
Thank you for supporting my work! Each piece is individually crafted, and slight variations in color, texture, and shape are part of what make handmade ceramics unique and special.
All Sales Are Final
Because of the handmade and fragile nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. I appreciate this may be inconvenient but as most of my pieces are one-off items, take great time to make and each piece is carefully packed to get to you safely, it is too much of a risk to have them returned. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, feel free to contact me at hello@miyelle.com. I’m happy to provide more photos, videos or details before you buy.
Damaged or Defective Items
I take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photographs of the damaged item
A photo of the packaging (including the box and materials)
If the damage occurred during shipping, I will try to file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement if possible or offer a refund.
Color and Shape Variations
Please note that variations in glaze color, surface texture, and size are normal in handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.
