Delivery

Your pieces will be carefully packaged and sent out using the following delivery services:

UK Customers

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £8

International Customers

UPS (price is calculated at checkout based on country)

Unfortunately I’m not currently delivering to the EU due to Brexit complications and delays.

If at checkout delivery isn’t offered to your country or you require an alternative delivery service, please get in touch at hello@miyelle.com and I’ll be able to organise a delivery for you.

Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with your piece(s). Please contact hello@miyelle.com and I’ll review your order. The returned piece(s) must be packaged properly in it’s original packaging to ensure it is returned undamaged. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics it’s key that each piece is carefully wrapped. Unfortunately I am unable to cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.

If a piece has been damaged when delivered to you, please photograph the item upon arrival and get in touch at hello@miyelle.com within 24 hours. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were damaged when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and will be replaced if there is stock availability. If no stock is available, a new piece can be made for you or a refund can be offered.

When returning items, please send me a proof of postage with tracking number. Without this, a lost or damaged item cannot be covered by myself and will be the responsibity of the customer.
